- What are the accepted payment methods?
We accept payments by bank transfer or over the phone via credit card.
- How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs can vary depending on your location. Standard European shipping costs including Northern Ireland are €15. Shipping to the UK costs £11.00.
- How long does it take for the items to be delivered on average?
The order is usually shipped out from our warehouse after two days of placing your order. Shipment is usually via UPS and delivery can take about 3 - 5 days depending on the country the package is being sent to.
- How can I track my order?
When your order has been shipped, an automatic tracking number will be generated. This will be sent to you via email.
- I have not received my order. Who can I speak to?
If you have not yet received your items, past the delivery time, please contact your Account Manager.
- How will I know when my order has been shipped?

- How can I tell if my online order has been accepted?
After the order has been processed within the system, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address listed on your account. It can take up to 48 hours for your order to be processed by the team. If you do not receive this confirmation email, please email your account manager.
- Once my order has been accepted, how much time do I have to pay the invoice?
For your first order, we ask for payment in advance. Subsequently, we propose a payment of 30 days by invoice.
- How can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact your account manager as soon as possible.
- How can I change the billing/shipping address of my order?
If the billing address or delivery address is different from the one listed on your account, please let your Account Manager know as soon as possible.
- How can I modify my order?
The order cannot be changed by yourself once it has been processed. To change an item, you will need to contact your account manager as soon as possible.
- What happens if I pay my invoice late?
If you do not pay within 30 days, all deliveries put on hold until payment has been received. To organize payment, please call or contact the Bianco Evento Customer Service Team.
- I received the wrong order. How can I send it back?
If you have received the wrong items or order, please contact the Bianco Evento customer service team as soon as possible.
- An item is missing from my order, what should I do?
Please email or contact the Bianco Evento customer service team as soon as possible.
- Is there a minimum order for the online shop?
No, there is no minimum order on any items except the garment and shopping bags in the online shop. These have minimum quantities starting from x50 for shopping bags and x100 for garment bags.
