Handsewn wedding dress cover made from soft, breathable, waterproof fleece that is resistant to wear and tear. With trimmed borders and two handles, this bag comes with a hanger which keeps the dress conveniently hanging. The long front zipper allows easy insertion and removal of the dress. Personalised dress covers with preferred colours can be designed on demand. Size: 200 cm x 70 cm x 20 cm
- Generally, orders are shipped out within 10 business days of receiving the same. However, for covers and bags that need customized colour or logo printed on them, must require 14 weeks for delivery from the date of receiving the order. For destinations outside of EU, the delivery time might extend.
- Due to special circumstances, there may be a delay in delivery.
- If the delivery fails for reasons the company is not responsible for, the company may withdraw from the contract and are committed to inform the Customer in time. Any payments will be refunded immediately. In this case, the Customer shall not be entitled to compensation.
- If the payment is to be made in advance, delivery dates depend on due payment. If there is a delay in payment, the delivery date will be changed accordingly. It needs to be noted that our bank account is credited with payments after 5 business days.
- Defective items may be returned to the address of the company (given above) with an appropriate stamp in their original packaging (with the hanger, stickers, and the proof of delivery) within 14 calendar days after the goods were received, stating the reason for doing so. Accordingly, the payment including delivery costs will be credited on the Customer’s account within 10 business days from the date on which the goods were received.
- Returns of the customized items (including color customization and printed logos) will not be accepted.
- To initiate a return, you must use the return form that may be obtained from your Account Manager or other Manager from our Customer Service. Payments made by the Customer for defective items will be refunded after receipt of the returned items, by bank transfer and to an account specified by the Customer. The company, however, will deduct any additional accrued costs from payments made by the Customer.
- The cost of unreported returns will not be incurred by the company.
